I wanted to take a moment to thank your Service Department for their AMAZING service. We have a 2004 Mazda that started experiencing a few different problems. I called the shop and they were very polite over the phone and said they would get the vehicle in right away. After we picked up the vehicle we noticed we were still have some issues. I called the shop and they were EXTREMELY apologetic and asked me to bring the vehicle in ASAP. They gave me a great car to use while they went over my van again. They were so quick to take responsibility for the van and continued to apoligize for not getting it all fixed the first time. After several long hours of working on it they found the problem which was masked by the first group of repairs they had to do. All this to be said, I was amazed by their attitudes and their quality customer service. Through the whole process I was never upset the van had to go back in the shop because of their response when I called them and told them. I will always take my van there for any issues. I told my husband that their service made me want to own another Mazda just so we can take it there too!!!! Please tell them they are doing a great job and they are spot on with their customer service!!!!!

I dropped my 2010 Mazda3 hatchback off to have it looked at before the warranty expired. Tim was very thorough in checking all the systems of the car and calling me in a timely manner to tell me my car was finished. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to deal with. This is the newest car I've ever owned and want to keep it looking great and running well as long as possible, so I asked a lot of questions about car maintenance and he took the time to give me his recommendations over the phone. He also let me know about the loaner cars you can borrow if you choose to get your oil changed, purchase tires or get other service done there and it turns out their oil changes are cheaper than the Jiffy Lube I've been going to, and the tires are very competitively priced compared to Costco (which is normally where I purchase tires). I was always under the impression that dealership service was way more expensive and less convenient than other places--turns out I was wrong. Their oil changes will save me approximately $15 each time, a trained mechanic will be working on my car and I can borrow a loaner car instead of waiting. I wasn't able to get to the dealership before the service department closed, so he dropped my keys off with the sales department--all of whom were very nice when I came in later that day to pick up my car. Amazing service from everyone--I didn't purchase my car here, but will definitely be checking them out when it's time to purchase again.

I knew the car that I wanted before I came to the dealership. Judy was very friendly and helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. I did not feel pressured to purchase from Overland Park Mazda. Judy allowed me the time that I needed to decide on the purchase. The experience was comfortable and easy. Everyone went out of their way to get me the car that I wanted. I love my 2012 Mazda 5. I will definitely come back to Overland Park Mazda for my next car purchase and will recommend this business to anyone who is wanting to buy a new Mazda.
